Rob is approaching his 40th birthday. While wandering around Seagull book looking for Easter presents and carrying Elle in her pink sleeper, the cashier asked Rob, “Is that your grandson?” Whoa. What’s even crazier is it could have been true if we’d had a baby soon after we married. Yipes!

Yeah, the lady is a little loopy! A grandson does not wear a pink sleeper. Rob shouldn't feel bad at all, she needs some bifocals!
That's totally crazy that she'd think Elle was a boy! Who dresses their boy in a pink sleeper. As far as the grandpa thing - I was reading this to Abby and I asked her "Do you think uncle Rob looks like a grandpa?" Abby said "No! He looks like grandma!" I'm pretty sure she meant he looks like his mom with the red hair and all and not that he looks like an older woman, but I still laughed.
