Cam and I were leaving as Cy was just about to get home, so Cam left this note by Cy's dinner plate and cracked himself up:

Way back in the summertime, pool cliff jumping with Griff
... and he got his first belt loops as a Wolf Cub
Pop everyone else's balloon game
Back to Christmastime, Cam told me yesterday, "Tell Santa he doesn't have to
make the Slugterra blaster, he can just get it from ToysRUs."
One day Cam wandered over to me and said, "I'm sad about Elle. I just feel like it'll never be as much fun again."
I bet his lonely heart will make for a sweet, attentive dad one day.
