Dinner at Chilis for Cy's last night as a 16-year-old. All the kids get the Triple Dipper with 1. wings 2. wings 3. wings

At midnight, Cam ran down to the basement and sung the happy birthday song to Cy and all his friends before they left for Betos to celebrate.

Emma picked him up first thing in the morning and took him to Pancake House.

Lunch was on Trent and Skyler at Buffalo Wild Wings while I watched Lucy.

A bunch of his lady friends wished him a "Happy Birthday, cute boy!" which made his day right there.

Late afternoon Paddle-boarding and rafting at LP pond with M&M, Cam, and Trent while Rob and I attended our final 3-hour foster care training class.

After the pond, they all went for dinner at Cafe Rio. 

Food = Cy's love language 😉

Before the kids left for the pond, I asked Cy when he wanted to open gifts... 

"I forgot! I even get gifts today!"

 At 9:45 p.m. he opened his presents

So happy to get Air Pods (again) since he'd dropped one in a parking lot a few months ago and found it right after a tire did.

Family birthday party this year for Cam. Cy, MK, and Trent took him paddleboarding at the pond while I stayed home and watched Lucy girl.

A few July highlights:

He designed his own t-shirt (the lemon is some kind-of inside joke with his friends)

We would lay out on the high deck when the mood hit

We biked to see the new movie "Aladdin" 👍👍 and back 

He played in St George with his best friends

And played in Park City with more 

friends over Labor Day weekend

Fourteen Facts about our Cam

1. Stands, walks, and sits on the kitchen counter frequently

2. Paints, crafts, draws, computer-illustrates, clay models. Begs me to go out of town for 5 days so he can spray paint the "stadium" in our basement without triggering my asthma with the fumes.

3. Keeps a daily whiteboard of Goals, Events, 2 Do, Get Done, and a homework list

4. Organizes night games and Fugitive for his friends two or three times a week in the summer
