One night I made a new recipe, Mediterranean Meatball pitas. Cam wanted Mia's leftover Mac & Cheese instead (go figure :) I reheated it in the microwave but took it out late. Awhile later, I found this...
Epic "Battle of the Books!" Introducing...
team Question Marks!
Beginning in December, competitors are given a list of 20 books to read. They choose a team of 5 players and divide the books up with some overlap. Competition begins March 23rd.
On Game Days, two teams at a time compete against each other by answering 24 alternating questions (12 each) about details and particulars in those 20 books. The team confers and then the spokesperson (Cam in our case) must answer with the correct book title and author. An incorrect answer gives the other team an opportunity to steal for bonus points. Five of the books had a mouse as a character, and two books were about World War II, so keeping them straight was challenging.
